In the financial year 2009, our founder Mr. Sontakke started working as an Independent consultant and started taking consulting assignments, focusing on managing Hospital Operations and Marketing as an Hospital Operators. Healthcare Consulting came into existence in the year 2014. Though the foundation of " Healthcare Consulting & Services" were laid down late that year 2015. Later that year the registration of the partnership firm "HCS" was incorporated. However, though the start was very humble , HCS took over a small 70 bedded hospital at Vile Parle by June 2014. Which they Managed for almost 5 plus years. Here HCS did too many intervention.
However, in the Second Project of reviving the sick unit, St. Theresa Hospital, they managed to do too many intervention and were able to bring the hospital from the clutches of negative cash flow to positive cash flow. Here HCS Consultant established too many department and specialty like Dialysis, ICU, Pathology, Operations department, successful in creating a robust model , in the remote village of Agashi, Virar West.
Here , we have faced worst nightmare, any administrator would think of, project had no funds, no manpower , no leadership team, no equipment and no support from the community. But by the share hard work and grace of God , we were able to up lift the Hospital and able to create employment and care for the community.
We have dedicated consultant and clear and robust strategy to bring the Hospital up. Every Hospital has different situation and scenario. No one formulae can work on all the Hospital. It Important to create do defined Objectives, Mission , Goals, Vision of the Hospitals.

Apart from this he have also done Senior Management Program (SMP) from Indian Institute of Management- Calcutta (IIMC), India’s Top Management Institute. (2013-2014), also completed by Certification course in Managing & Sustaining Hospital from IIM, Bangalore.
After completing Master’s with distinction, he was campus placed in India’s leading Multi-specialty (350 bedded), PD Hinduja National Hospital & Medical Research Centre, where he was exposed to various departments to manage day-to-day operations and administration of the hospital and gradually scaled up from Management Trainee to Head – Administration during six and half year of my tenure. The then CEO and the management awarded me a token of appreciation for my best performance.
In my next assignment with Manipal Group of hospitals (Largest Hospital group in South India) in 2007, He was given an opportunity to take up their new venture of Medical & Wellness Clinics – Manipal Cure & Care in Mumbai leading a team of 80 people in the capacity of Business Head. He was part of the implementation team to set-up state of the art Clinical, Diagnostic and Wellness Centre. In 2011,
Then, he got an opportunity to work with Alere Medical Pvt. Ltd.; Boston based Health Management Company in the capacity of Vice President- Health Management, was responsible to establish Diagnostic and Medical centers for Disease Management from concept to completion and commissioning to successful operations. Here , he got an opportunity to single handedly create Wellness and Wellbeing Centre's.
He travelled to various cities like Taiwan, Atlanta, Seattle, Orange County, and Paris etc. during his tenure as an official trips to review the business models.
Currently he is working as a Hospital Management Consultant for Hospital & Healthcare domain, focusing on Hospital Operations, planning and Designing of the various clinical departments, like Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Trauma care or Emergency department, Operation Theatre (OT), Diagnostics, Kidney Dialysis and other Medical, surgical wards etc.
While working with one Missionary Hospital- " St. Theresa's Hospital" to plan various above mentioned departments from scratch, the challenge here is to refurbish and upgrade a 40 bedded hospital to 100 bedded Hospital, that is to convert a single specialty to a Multi-specialty set-up.
